Acid modified corn starch 1800 developed for food and confectionary application. This modified starch will help in sustained improvement of Body & Texture when high solid content is required. Low viscosity in high temperature during cooking & processing and much higher viscosity in final products is the major role of Dornesha1800. Dornesha 1700 also used for gypsum board manufacturing . Modified corn starch thinned by hydrochloric acid to achieve very low viscosity and best migration during the drying process. This modified starch will result in excellent wet and dry adhesion between paper board and gypsum core during manufacturing process and final products . This starch will increase the strength of the board and improve their flexibility , toughness
