This versatile ultrasonic slicing machine uses a single product platform and a servo driven blade mount to cut a variety of round and sheet products into wide range of portion sizes. The machine has built in storage under the platform for product holders and the unique cut patterns are stored electronically in the PLC. An optional ultrasonic blade cleaning system can be added for sticky products.
