Unlike conventional systems, the Flex Capper ignores out-of-spec products without causing downtime, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operation. It’s also fully scalable - from 500 to 5,000 sandwiches per minute - allowing producers to align investment with production needs and grow effortlessly as demand increases.
Product changeovers take less than 15 minutes, with minimal components to adjust or clean. Combined with temperature-controlled cream depositing and our proven base cake handling expertise, the result is maximum efficiency, consistent quality, and uncompromised hygiene.
