TAV's GoSync technology transforms snack transportation
TAV , designed GoSync technology a few years ago, responding to the need to protect snacks, their flavors, and coatings . The company highlights several aspects of how the intelligence of its operation brings efficiency to distribution lines , highlighting first and foremost the product care, since "thanks to its smooth, proportional, and controlled movement, we avoid problems such as product segregation, crumb accumulation, or damage caused by rubbing or vibrations . "
Another of its distinctive features is its hybrid technology for efficiency , which means that "our GoSync technology combines the best of both worlds: 50% mechanical and 50% electrical operation ," a hybridization that provides robustness and flexibility, ideal for light, dry, or fragile products ; perfect synchronization; and adjustable recipes. Furthermore, GoSync incorporates servomotors that guarantee hygiene and durability, and offers remote assistance.
"The market demands remote services, assistance, easy-to-clean and versatile equipment, with traceability accessible to operators and, above all, rapid problem-solving," states TAV. Along these lines, the Valencian company has focused on "perfecting the security of its systems, software, updates, program traceability, and continuous improvement in the application and distribution of flavorings in its products ." "These are actions that allow us to stay up-to-date and meet our customers' needs," they continue. They are now working on the aforementioned product standardization to optimize manufacturing.
“The goal is to have a system in which the client can access our systems and together we can advance the design based on a pre-established modular foundation ,” they say. “Internally, we are increasingly digitizing our processes and making the programs more robust,” they specify. The idea is to implement a series of automatic adjustments in the process line, so that the operator “intervenes as little as possible ,” they emphasize. Flexibility is another of the sector's mantras.
