The core element of this enrobing machine is the Minitemper. The patented tempering system ensures good “snap”, perfect gloss and long shelf-life – even in the smallest of spaces. In addition, SOLLICH will present the digital platform SweetConnect. This manufacturer-independent platform was developed specifically for the confectionery industry, connecting data across all parties and processes to drive efficient and profitable confectionery production. Combined with SOLLICH’s Fast Lane remote service, customers benefit from optimized processes and maximum machine availability. A strong focus of SOLLICH’s research and development activities lies in hygiene, easy cleaning and high availability. Features such as the dew point display in cooling tunnels or automatic temper measurement with the Tempergraph underline this commitment.
