At this years leading trade fair in this region – the GULFOOD Manufacturing in Dubai –, AGRANA and Austria Juice are therefore focusing on functional concepts that also include enjoyment. A fruity yoghurt with large and firm date pieces as well as a refreshing yoghurt drink with kiwi, lime, zinc and vitamin C are just two examples of the trade fair highlights.
