CLK's rendite system is a contactless, automated system to precisely determine weights of breast fillets, drumsticks, wings, and total carcass weight of poultry. The system uses two 3D cameras (front and back) to capture images and combine them into a 3D model for analysis. The system also incorporates classification and detection of defects, for example, broken wings, twisted/double feet, breast skin changes.
