VOLJET UC is our volumetric filler suitable for filling products such as milk, natural juices with and without pulps or fibers, tea and isotonic drinks. It can be used for products with medium shelf life in cold chain, such as ESL 30 days milk, drinkable yogurt and juices without preservatives for Ultraclean environment. It is equipped with flow meters, one for each valve, and can handle all types of plastic containers without any contact between the bottle and the valve itself. Thanks to this, we obtained important results: no bottle lifting jack, no dynamic seals, low need for maintenance, high hygiene, effective sanitization process.
