The K1PE-S series, which has an extremely simple operation, provides easy and safe packaging the single or tray products made from various materials such as plastic, metal, glass, wood and cardboard. It is used in a wide range of sectors, such as food products, cosmetics, chemistry, medical, paint, automotive, household appliances, cable and electrical materials and printing. The operator manually inserts products on the roller conveyor, pushes by hand to sealing bar area and presses the button to seal the shrink film. The new product pushes the previous product into the shrink tunnel. The polyethylene film tightly wraps product with temperature inside the tunnel and the film is cooled by the fan at the exit of the tunnel to take the form of the product. Besides provides a good image to the product, protects the products from abrasion, scratch and dust during storage and transportation.
