What our Optyx® 3-Way sorter can inspect and sort: • Key’s laser/camera sorters are the ideal solution to improve the quality of processed dates. The sorters use cameras and lasers to measure the size and color of each date accurately. The dates are split into two or three product streams based on their size and color. The result is an automated process of higher quality and more accuracy than can be delivered by the human eye.
