Our Service Department comprises 30% of the company's labour force. It executes service and maintenance contracts for cold storage and other industrial applications. We have an emergency call-out system in place for out of normal working hours, weekends and holidays. A dedicated telephone line is available with a stand-by Service Technician to receive any calls from clients reporting breakdown and system problems. The Technician discusses the issue and provides service support over the telephone. If the problem persists, the Service team takes the relevant information about the fault and prepares for a site visit to investigate and resolve the issue. Our standard response time and attendance to site is within two hours from reporting the fault, which is the shortest among other refrigeration service providers in the UAE.
