The cocoa beans we use as raw material come mainly from West Africa, however, our extensive network of specialized buyers gives us access to cocoa from all corners of the world and allows us to produce tailor-made blends and single-origin products. We meticulously analyze the characteristics of each type of cocoa bean and explore blending possibilities to meet specific market demands in relation to physico-chemical, microbiological and organoleptic characteristics, both legal requirements and specific customer requirements. Our experience makes us aware of the need to adapt to the constant evolution of the market and of all our customers and for this reason we carry out tailor-made projects that allow us to find individualized solutions.
