The METEOR line is the latest development of WALTER. The plant produces healthy snacks high in taste - low in fat content. The snack products can be adapted individually to the snack producers' wishes. Since the products are baked between two baking tongs they have a special structure which can either be foamier or crispier. It depends on the baking process and the recipe. Product thickness and product shape can be influenced as well. There are many possibilities and recipes but they all have one thing in common: the fat content is very low. Seasoned products with standard recipes contain 65 % less fat than fried potato chips.
