ECODAS
ECODAS has developed a patented, innovative and fully automatic process that shreds and then sterilizes slaughterhouse waste: C1, C2, C3.
Our patented process combines shredding, direct heated steam (134°C), and high pressure (3,5 bars) in the same closed and compact vessel to achieve a complete sterilization; without intermediate handling of the waste. In such thermal conditions, no pathogenic microorganism can resist.
The treatment and processing of these materials by the ECODAS system allow their recycling :
-Â as biomass,
- to feed a methanizer to produce biogas;
- to make compost, organic fertilizers, amendments;
- in the manufacture of animal feed: "Pat Food", or animal flour.
