CO₂Sustain is a liquid dispersion that includes either polysorbate 65 or a polyglycerol. It can minimise carbonation loss in soft drinks and increase CO₂ solubility in the beverage. The technology can also be added to a soft drinks flavour recipe in its concentrated state and can also act as a carrier.
