Breitenburger consistently supplies high quality industrial cheese varieties like Gouda, Cagliata, Cheddar and Emmental from their cutting-edge production facility. As a cooperative, they have relied on their producers located in the surrounding area – between Hamburg and Dithmarschen – for more than 140 years. They use their own fleet of vehicles to collect the fresh milk for immediate further processing and global distribution of quality products.
