International Lead auditor with over 30 year’s experience in Food safety, Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, Biosecurity, IT, Traceability and Microbiology . Thea is the Global Director Food Safety for CPG in over 28 countries. Her mission throughout her career has been to improve the food safety and quality culture and standards in Africa and Globally. Her experience is across all the industries Food & Packaging manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, QSR, Restaurants, Hotels, Abattoirs, Farms ( All types of Animals , Fruit and Vegetables) to name a few. She is a member of various industry and regulatory committees within South Africa (SANS/SABS, SAATCA, RMAA,DALLRD etc.) participate in conferences such as FSSC, CGCSA and many more and is always willing to give technical assistance and guidance during industry events but mostly to guide and mentor the young food safety and quality enthusiasts.
